Satyajeet Swain, born and brought up in the Silver city of India - Cuttack (Odisha) is a graduate in Civil Engineering academically & professionally and has served the prestigious Indian Railways as an employee in railway construction and infrastructure execution roles involving track works, new line, doubling, gauge conversion, yard remodelling, inspection pit line works, station infrastructure and project documentation in various projects of Western Railway.

His experience includes both site execution and technical support functions, making him well-positioned to understand the challenges faced by contractors, project teams and infrastructure organisations.

Awarded with the prestigious Vishisth Rail Seva Purashkar by the Honourable General Manager of Western Railway in the year 2025 for his meritorious work in permanent way construction, he thrives for setting benchmarks in execution excellence, delivering high impact engineering solutions with unmatched precision, reliability and domain expertise.
